Yarrow has a long history of use from Classical Antiquity to Native Americans and Canadian First Nations. Greek legends tell of the hero Achilles whose mother dipped him into the Yarrow rich river Styx making him impervious to wounds (except that she held him by his heel…sadly, his fatal weakness). Known by many common names including milfoil, thousandleaf, and soldier's woundwort, our Yarrow is sourced from certified organic growers or gathered by wild crafters. Its extract has a unique scent that smells a bit like camphor.
