Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

1. Retail Orders- $75.00 Minimum:

  • Shipping costs for orders under $75.00 vary depending on location.

2. Wholesale Orders- $200.00 Minimum:

  • Shipping costs for orders under $200.00 are subject to a flat $10.00 shipping charge.

3. Exceptions:

  • Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories are subject to a $12.00 shipping charge regardless of order value.
  • Orders for locations outside the US are subject to the full shipping charge of items shipped, plus additional charges for fuel and insurance. See the “International Orders” section for details.
  • Orders containing gallon sized items do not qualify for free shipping and are subject to an additional $20.00 charge per gallon ordered.

4. We ship ground shipments with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Choice of carrier for your shipment is at the discretion of Herbalist & Alchemist.

5. Transit times can vary depending on many factors. Most customers will see their orders in 3-5 business days from the ship date.

Expedited Shipping

  • Rates at checkout reflect live rates pulled from our carriers.
  • Orders with expedited shipping will still require the 1-3 business day processing time. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee an order will leave same day.
  • We cannot ship expedited orders larger than 192 oz.

Pickup Orders

  • For retail customers, pickup orders must be paid with a valid credit card at the time of the order.
  • Pickup orders will still require a processing time of 1-3 business days.
  • When the order is ready, you will receive an email and/or text from our Customer Experience department with a locker number and combination.
  • Pickup lockers are only accessible during business/ store hours.
