Certified Organic alcohol, distilled water
40-60 drops (2-3 mL) in juice or water. Take 3-4 times per day.
Do not use during pregnancy.
Include a diet rich in phyto-estrogens (isoflavones) like soy (miso, tempeh, tofu, soymilk), whole grains, nuts and seeds, tomatoes, eggplant and alfalfa. Also, important nutrients are vitamin E, essential fatty acids (flax seed oil, Evening Primrose oil), B vitamin complex especially B6, B12, Calcium/Magnesium (equal parts) and Iron.
