About Polygala Extract

Chinese Polygala, a perennial herb in the Polygalaceae family, has a long history of use. Its roots are known as Yuan Zhi in Traditional Chinese medicine. The roots are used to make this powerful extract that David Winston uses in his Tension Relief formula.

Concentration/Other Ingredients
1:5 - Distilled water, Certified Organic alcohol
SUGGESTED USE
20-40 drops (1-2 ml) in juice or water. Take 3-4 times per day.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or lactation. Use cautiously if you have an ulcer or gastritis. Excessive use may cause nausea.
