A member of the Apiaceae family, Parsley is native to the Mediterranean, but is easily cultivated and is grown throughout the world for culinary use. We use the whole plant supplied by local growers to make our aromatic extract. David Winston blends our extract into his Kidney Relief and Iron Extract formulas.
