Lomatium root (also called Fernleaf Biscuitroot or Desert Parsley), a member of the carrot family, is a slightly resinous and bitter taproot with an earthy aroma of celery or carrot and a slight sweet citrus undertone. The plant is native to Western North America where it is sustainably wildcrafted. It is known to be used extensively by the Native people of that region in both culinary and medicinal applications. It is one of the key ingredients in David Winston's VX Immune Support™.
