Suggested Use
50-75 drops (2.5-3.75 mL) in juice or water. Take 4 times per day.

ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Reduce stress and eliminate food allergens from diet such as dairy or wheat. Take Slippery Elm or Marshmallow tea (decoction) 3 times per day between meals.
ADDITIONAL USEFUL HERBS
Chamomile tea, essential oil of Peppermint in enteric coated capsules, Plantain leaf and Chickweed. Add Reishi, Chinese Salvia (Salvia miltiorrhiza), Licorice, Maitake, or Huang Qin (Scutellaria baicalensis) to balance auto-immune response, Licorice, Maitake.
