Suggested Use
30-40 drops (1.5-2 mL) in juice or water. Take 3 times per day.
Contraindications
Do not use during pregnancy or lactation.
ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Increase B vitamins, GLA (flax seed oil) and zinc; decrease the amount of saturated and hydrogenated fats, rancid oils and fried foods in the diet.
ADDITIONAL USEFUL HERBS
Topical creams or lotions with Aloe, Comfrey, Plantain or Chickweed. Internally Stinging Nettle, Oregon Grape root or Figwort may be useful. Gotu Kola is helpful for (redness) skin conditions.
