Bladderwrack, like most seaweeds, is rich in minerals and trace elements. It even contains di-iodothyronine (DIT) which is a precursor to the thyroid hormone thyroxine.
1:4 - Distilled water, Certified Organic alcohol
20-30 drops (1-1.5 mL) in juice or water. Take 3 times per day.
Do not use if you have a hyperthyroid condition.
