Suggested Use
20-40 drops (1-2 mL) in juice or water. Take 3 times per day.
Contraindications
Use cautiously during pregnancy. Do not take this product while taking any prescription drugs unless otherwise directed by a qualified expert. Avoid excessive exposure to UV irradiation (i.e., sunlight, tanning) when using this product.
ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Include fresh garlic and bitters, but eliminate all sugar from the diet.

Anti-inflammatory herbs like Turmeric, Sarsaparilla, Devil’s Claw (all in David Winston’s Muscle/Joint Tonic™ or antispasmodics like Roman Chamomile, David Winston’s J. Kloss Antispasmodic Compound™ or Mullein root may also be helpful.
