Credentials will be validated by H&A within one business day. You will receive Notification once your wholesale account is set up.

Acceptable Wholesale Account Credentials:

Business License (Business must use or sell herbs or herbal products)
Professional License or Certificate (Required for access to practitioner-only items*)
Diploma in the Health Care Field
AHG Registered Herbalist Membership (Qualifies for full wholesale discount)
AHG General or Student Membership (Qualifies for a 15% discount while an active member. Please submit a screenshot of your registration showing effective dates.)
Verification of Current Enrollment at an accredited Health Care program or Herbal school (Some herbal programs do not meet requirement for wholesale discount, however may entitle you to a 15% discount (Most applicants submit a transcript for the current semester, available through their Bursar’s office.)

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SALES TAX AND USE:

PLEASE NOTE if you plan to resell Herbalist & Alchemist products to your clients/customers, you must complete the link that will be emailed to you from Avalara. Included in the body of the email will be two links: you can either upload your own tax exemption certificate or fill out a form provided. Herbalist & Alchemist will notify you when your account is tax exempt, which usually takes approximately one business day.
